We’ve come a long way from selling smoothies in West London in 1999. we now make and sell our drinks across Europe and in other continents.

We need someone great to join us in the supply planning team who will be responsible for ensuring operations run smoothly for a few of our drinks portfolio, planning and ordering the right production volume at the right time– ultimately ensuring that we deliver excellent service levels of smoothies and juices to our end customers.

As a Finished Goods Planner, you’ll be making the production plan to ensure we have enough smoothies and juices for all our drinkers in Europe. The blender and our copackers are relying on your plans, so it is crucial you are a strong communicator and able to stay calm under pressure when you find out that things aren’t going to plan – that’s also your moment to shine: to find a solution as quickly as possible, to minimise the impact on service and cost.

Vereisten

Knowledge, experience and competences:

  • Experience in supply chain / planning role 

  • Experience in high-paced operational environments requiring collaborative & reactive problem solving 

  • Evidence of proactive behaviours with good attention to detail 

  • Evidence of successful relationship building 

  • Creative problem solver with excellent partnering & collaboration skills, able to find solutions outside the box 

  • Analytical with a strong record of numerical and excel based skills 

  • Great verbal and written communication skills – both clear and engaging with gravitas and confidence 

  • Focus and attention to detail to work accurately across a number of priorities and to strict deadlines 

  • Ability to both zoom out and zoom in, i.e. understand broader context of situation as well as the detail where needed 

  • Staying calm when there is a lot on your plate and plans keep changing 

Result areas and responsibilities:

Day-to-Day Planning

  • Build 12-week production plans aligned with planning cycles.

  • Coordinate with blender and copacker teams to minimize disruptions and meet service levels.

  • Manage stock levels to align with service, waste, and delivery goals.

  • Handle stock transitions (e.g., label changes) ensuring old stock ships before new.

  • Process and troubleshoot inventory consumption issues promptly.

  • Proactively address potential production shortages with stakeholders.

  • Maintain accurate data within planning systems, resolving any errors or flags.

  • Report performance and updates to team and management.

  • Act as the go-to for solving issues related to problem-solving, trials, launches, delists, etc.

Landing Change & Improvements

  • Feed constraints into longer-term planning (12+ weeks) and manage risks in advance.

  • Keep systems current with validated data and resolve any issues.

  • Enrich master data and support system updates for your items.

  • Support the implementation and testing of new planning tools or process changes.

  • Train others in planning systems to ensure consistent capability.

  • Lead or support improvement projects that enhance service and reduce costs.

  • Maintain and update operations handbooks for your area.

Supplier Relationships

  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers.

  • Align processes with system and operational needs.

  • Investigate variances and unplanned changes, driving improvements.

  • Represent your area in supplier KPI meetings and cross-functional forums.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., quality, customer supply, planning) to maintain strong relationships.
